What you'll be doing
- Acting as the friendly face of the practice, greeting customers and managing enquiries
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Using your knowledge of optical products and services to guide customer choices
- Supporting the wider team to maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment
- Participating in team celebrations and personal success milestones
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Prior experience working within an optics or audiology business
- Basic knowledge and understanding of optical or audiology terminology
- A proactive, people-oriented approach and a willingness to learn
