What you'll be doing
You will be joining a busy, state-of-the-art practice boasting nine optical test rooms across two floors and running up to eight optical clinics daily. You will work alongside a well-structured team of 47 experienced colleagues, including optometrists and optical assistants, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert dispensing advice and fitting a wide range of optical products
- Supporting patients through both the optics and audiology customer journeys
- Delivering top-notch customer service with strong listening and communication skills
- Collaborating effectively as part of a large, supportive team
What we're looking for
- BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
- GOC registration
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A passion for outstanding customer service
- Drive and ambition, with an interest in completing the Contact Lens Optician conversion course
Salary and benefits
