- Keeping the practice and team running like clockwork with a customer-first mindset

- Developing your skills further, with director support available if you aspire to progress to a Director role within the store
- Managing day-to-day operations with a strong eye for detail
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication skills and a passionate, people-oriented approach
- Strong organisational abilities, flexibility, and a hard-working attitude
- Prior experience working in an optics business is desirable
