This busy eye care and hearing centre is conveniently located in Guildford town centre and offers a full range of optical and audiology services. You will join a wonderful team of dedicated people ready to welcome you.
What you'll be doing
- Create an outstanding store environment for customers and the team
- Ensure every patient receives the best possible care
- Help patients choose from an extensive selection of eyewear and hearing solutions
- Support comprehensive eye tests, contact lens consultations, OCT scans, and children's eye care
What we're looking for
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier
- Great teamwork and a good level of initiative
- Confidence in using IT systems with excellent communication and listening skills
- Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
- Openness to feedback and development
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, or in an optics and audiology business, is desirable
Salary and benefits
- £8.20 to £12.91 per hour dependent on optical experience
- Weekends only — Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm
