What you'll be doing
- Providing thorough eye examinations and expert clinical advice to every patient
- Using the latest clinical technology, including Nidek phoropter rooms and OCT equipment, to improve patient outcomes
- Building strong rapport with patients and offering an exceptional customer experience
- Contributing to the wider practice team and assisting in driving the business forward
- Developing your management skills outside the test room, with opportunities to explore leadership courses and pathway schemes
What we're looking for
- A fully qualified and CORU registered Optometrist
- A practitioner who takes pride in their clinical judgment and hands-on approach
- Someone eager to grow, develop, and support the rest of the practice team
Salary and benefits
