We are recruiting for a proactive Optical Assistant Part Time, 16-24 hours per week based in Lisburn, offering £12.91 per hour alongside professional training and development. What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly as they walk through the doors and helping them navigate their visit
- Creating an outstanding environment for patients and the wider team to ensure the best possible care
- Collaborating with experienced opticians and technicians while learning new skills
- Using IT systems confidently and communicating clearly with every patient
- Participating in community initiatives and charity work supported by the practice
What we're looking for
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Readiness to step out of your comfort zone, try new things, and receive feedback for development
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable, though not essential
