We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our mobile care team for part-time: 24 hours per week working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (flexibility required). What you'll be doing
- Driving our services to the doorsteps of vulnerable patients who are unable to visit stores in person
- Providing essential eye care and clinical support within the heart of the community
- Working across a varied range of locations and testing environments every day, covering Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire, Bath, Northeast Somerset, Bristol, and parts of Wales (Chepstow and Monmouth)
- Spending quality, one-on-one time with patients in their own homes to cater to their specific visual needs
- Collaborating with a wonderful and dedicated team of professionals
What we're looking for
- Current or recent optical experience of at least 6 months to 1 year
- The ability to confidently dispense at all levels
- A full UK driving licence
- A driven, approachable, and people-focused personality
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable
