We are currently recruiting for Optical Assistant jobs in Godalming, offering a Saturdays only (7.5 hours per week) schedule with a competitive rate of up to £12.91 per hour depending on experience. This busy practice in the South East is looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join their dedicated team, with no prior optical experience required as full training and support will be provided.

- Communicating clearly and listening effectively to customer needs
- Stepping out of your comfort zone, trying new things, and welcoming feedback for your ongoing development
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
- Great teamwork and the ability to use your own initiative
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (desirable)
- Prior experience or basic knowledge within an optics or audiology business and terminology (desirable)
