What you'll be doing
- Confidently welcoming and assisting customers as they walk through the practice doors
- Delivering helpful customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Applying basic knowledge of optical terminology to guide patients through their visit
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of colleagues on the high street
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous experience in optics or a basic familiarity with optical business and terminology
- A caring approach and a strong work ethic
