We are seeking a GOC-registered professional for a full-time, 39 hours per week Dispensing Optician job in Hitchin, offering a very competitive salary depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a well-equipped practice in East England.

- Support professional development and team progression, with support available for those aspiring to progress to director-level roles.
What we're looking for
- GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing.
- Previous people and optical management experience.
- Excellent understanding of optics and audiology journeys with a keen eye for detail.
- Fantastic listening, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passionate people person and amazing team player who is flexible and hard-working.
