What you'll be doing
- Providing high levels of customer service and maintaining a patient-first approach on the shop floor
- Liaising closely with optometrists to ensure every customer receives a consistent, high-quality handover
- Managing aftersales service, including problem-solving and handling complaints in a proactive manner
- Contributing to individual and team sales targets using effective professional techniques
- Getting involved with store management responsibilities and building on a loyal customer base

- A fully qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician
- Someone with strong clinical judgment who is ready for a hands-on approach
