This is a permanent position for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join a busy practice in the centre of Banbury, offering a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. Located just a five-minute walk from the local train station, this role places you at the heart of the team to deliver exceptional patient care and help drive the practice forward.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering consistent quality handovers for every customer you dispense
- Managing aftersales service and problem-solving with a customer-focused, can-by approach
- Contributing to individual and team sales targets
- Helping to create a warm, friendly atmosphere and an outstanding environment for customers and colleagues alike
- Getting involved with regular team social events, including team breakfasts, pizza nights, bowling, and CPD sessions

- GOC registered and fully qualified Dispensing Optician
- Someone who shares the practice ethos of growth, development, and exceptional customer care
