We have an opening for an Optometrist in Haywards Heath, available on full time or part time terms with a competitive salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience plus a performance-related bonus. What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, recently refurbished practice environment
- Conducting thorough eye examinations using fully equipped test rooms featuring up-to-date clinical technology, including OCT and Phoropters in every room
- Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team of 20, including Dispensing Opticians, Contact Lens Opticians, and trained Optical Assistants
- Contributing to practice management and exploring leadership development opportunities, such as ILM courses and Pre-Reg supervision
- Helping drive the business forward while maintaining high clinical standards
What we're looking for
- GOC registration as a qualified Optometrist, open to both newly qualified and experienced professionals

- Willingness to support colleagues and go the extra mile for patients
- Interest in professional development, clinical advancement, and potentially supervising Pre-Reg optometrists
