What you'll be doing as an Optical Assistant in Yeovil
- Confidently welcoming and helping customers as they walk through the practice doors
- Focusing strongly on contact lenses, supporting customers with lens choices, fittings, and ongoing care
- Ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and confident with their vision solutions
- Working collaboratively within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment delivering high-quality optical and audiology services
- Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient working atmosphere
What we're looking for
- Previous optical experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in an optics or audiology business
- Basic knowledge or experience of optical and/or audiology terminology
- A passionate and team-focused approach to customer care
