We are recruiting a dedicated community-based Optometrist for a full-time, no weekends schedule covering Lincolnshire, including Lincoln, Horncastle, Louth, Skegness, Boston, and Grimsby, offering a salary of up to £75,000 (DOE). You will be joining an established team of 19 people focused on delivering high-standard clinical care to patients who cannot visit a high-street practice.

- Providing professional eyecare to customers in their own homes and care settings
- Delivering high standards of clinical care and customer service
- Meeting both patient needs and business objectives as part of a community-focused team
What we're looking for
- Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist
- Full driving licence
- Customer-focused and confident approach
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to succeed
Salary and benefits
