We are recruiting for Optometrist jobs in Swadlincote, offering a permanent role covering Derby and surrounding areas on the road. This position brings essential clinical care directly to patients in their own homes, making eye care accessible to those unable to visit a practice.
What you'll be doing
- Driving services to the doorsteps of patients who cannot visit stores
- Providing comprehensive eye care and clinical support in patients' own homes
- Helping individuals with basic tasks they cannot manage without support
- Working independently while collaborating as part of a dedicated regional team
What we're looking for
- GOC registration as a qualified optometrist with an up-to-date membership
- Full UK driving licence to travel across the assigned territory
- Confidence, passion for customer service, and the ability to work on your own initiative
Salary and benefits
- Basic salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
- Permanent contract covering a given territory in Derby and surrounding areas
