This mobile Optometrist job in Ripley offers full-time hours and a chance to take your clinical expertise directly into the community. You will be visiting patients who cannot easily visit a high street practice, bringing essential eye care and support straight to their doorsteps across the East Midlands region.
What you'll be doing
- Driving mobile services to the doorsteps of patients in their own homes across the local territory
- Providing comprehensive eye care and clinical support to people unable to access standard high street stores
- Helping patients complete basic daily tasks they would otherwise struggle to manage
- Working independently while maintaining strong communication with the wider support network
What we're looking for
- Full registration as a member of the General Optical Council with your membership kept up to date
- A full driving licence
- A confident and compassionate approach to patient care
- Passion for delivering high standards of service
- Comfort with both lone working and collaborating as part of a wider team
Salary and benefits
- Basic salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
