What you'll be doing
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service and ensure quality handovers when liaising with optometrists
- Manage aftersales services, including problem-solving and handling complaints in a proactive, customer-focused manner
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets by using effective professional sales techniques
- Support the practice on the shop floor and get involved with day-to-day management responsibilities

- GOC registration and a recognized qualification as a Dispensing Optician
- A hands-on approach and dedication to building strong rapport with both colleagues and a loyal customer base
- Passion for professional growth, with an eagerness to develop leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities
