What you'll be doing
- Deliver comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens services
- Provide high-standard clinical care and customer service to meet patient needs
- Create a warm and friendly environment for customers and the practice team
- Utilise modern technical diagnostic equipment to support clinical advancement and higher accreditations
- Deliver eye care services in the community under the Wales General Ophthalmic Services (WGOS) framework
What we're looking for
- Registration as a member of the General Optical Council with up-to-date status
- Confidence and passion for providing the best customer service
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative store team
- Ambition for clinical and professional development, with interest in higher accreditations such as IP or future directorship
- For non-WGOS registered candidates, willingness to complete mandatory training through HEIW and registration via NWSSP
