We are recruiting an Optometrist in Plymouth for a modern, high-street practice offering flexible working hours, including part-time and compressed hours considered. This permanent position combines clinical excellence with career progression, backed by a competitive salary of up to £59,000 depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic equipment, including OCT, fundus photography, autorefraction, and non-contact tonometry.
- Run rolling clinics with 25-minute testing slots, delivering exceptional patient care and building strong local relationships.
- Collaborate with a large, experienced team of opticians, dispensing staff, and support colleagues across 16 test rooms.
- Engage in continuous professional development, clinical forums, and mentorship, with the opportunity to provide pre-registration supervision.
