We are currently recruiting for an Optometrist in Royston to provide high-standard clinical care and customer service within a busy, community-focused practice. This part-time position, which includes weekend availability, is a fantastic opportunity for a GOC-registered professional looking to advance their career in East England.
What you'll be doing
As the primary contact for eye examinations and contact lens services, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive eye examinations
- Providing expert contact lens services
- Working collaboratively with the practice team to achieve clinical and business goals
- Fostering a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment for all customers and colleagues
What we're looking for
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC) and the commitment to maintain it
- Confidence and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit, experienced team
Salary and benefits
- Salary up to £65,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Part-time hours including weekend availability
