We are recruiting for a leadership-level Dispensing Optician job in Woolwich, offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience and a joining bonus of up to £14,000. This position is based within a thriving local practice that features multiple test rooms and delivers enhanced optical services to the local community.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire a team of optical professionals within a busy practice environment
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and patient care
- Create a warm, friendly atmosphere and a welcoming environment for every customer
- Oversee the provision of enhanced optical services across the business
- Manage day-to-day operations and support dual store working responsibilities alongside a nearby practice in the Charlton Riverside area
What we're looking for
- A BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and full professional qualification
- An excellent understanding of both optics and audiology journeys
- Great listening and communication skills paired with a passion for customer service
- The ability to be an effective team worker and inspire those around you
