An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a Dispensing Optician to take on a management position at a busy, well-established optical practice in Purley. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £40,000, dependent on experience, alongside a joining bonus up to £14,000.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, inspire and mentor an experienced team of seven optical professionals across two test rooms and two daily clinics
- Foster a warm, friendly atmosphere and maintain an outstanding store environment for both customers and colleagues
- Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional patient care, great customer service, and smooth daily operations
What we're looking for
- BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Strong understanding of optics and audiology journeys
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- A genuine passion for top-notch customer service and proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
