What you'll be doing
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer service are provided at all times.
- Liaise effectively with Optometrists to ensure seamless customer handovers.
- Manage aftersales service, including resolving complaints and problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through professional sales techniques.
- Take on management responsibilities and gain experience in store operations.
What we're looking for
- Must be a qualified and CORU registered Dispensing Optician.
- Previous experience working as an optician is essential.
- A strong ethos of customer care and a desire for professional growth.
- Excellent clinical judgment and a hands-on approach.
