What you'll be doing
- Providing expert dispensing services and tailored optical recommendations to every customer
- Collaborating daily with an established team of 25 colleagues, including trained support staff
- Working across a busy practice equipped with four modern test rooms
- Ensuring a seamless, high-standard patient journey from start to finish
What we're looking for
- A fully qualified and CORU registered Dispensing Optician
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail and clinical environment
