What you'll be doing
You will be an integral part of a dedicated team within a practice featuring 3 testing rooms. Your day will focus on delivering exceptional patient care and helping to grow a loyal customer base.
- Use cutting-edge clinical technology, including OCT, to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure every customer receives a high standard of clinical care
- Build strong working relationships with an experienced team
- Supervise pre-registration optometrists
What we're looking for
- Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist
- Proven experience supervising pre-registration optometrists
- Strong clinical judgment and a proactive approach to patient care
- Alignment with the practice ethos of exceptional service
Salary and benefits
- Salary up to £66,000 depending on experience and higher accreditations
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, including one weekend day
- Up to £10,000 Golden Hello (terms apply)
