What you'll be doing
As an integral part of the practice team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and maintaining professional excellence in the test room. This role focuses on collaborative teamwork, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care while contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Provide a unique blend of customer care and professional eye examinations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Contribute to the practice's customer-focused culture.
- Develop your clinical skills beyond the test room using the latest technology, including OCT.
