We are recruiting an Optometrist for a full-time position based in Oban, offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 and financial support packages to help you relocate to this picturesque Scottish town. What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive eye examinations and clinical consultations
- Delivering high-quality optical care to every patient
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry advancements
What we're looking for
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A recognised Optometrist qualification
- Current GOC registration
- Ideally holding an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification, though this is not essential
- A confident approach with a strong work ethic
- A willingness to succeed, support colleagues, and go the extra mile for patients
