A recognised Optometrist qualification.
Current registration with the GOC.
Ideally, Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification, though this is not essential.
A confident and strong work ethic.
A willingness to succeed and contribute positively to the team environment.
The ability to encourage colleagues and go the extra mile for patients.
