What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations as the primary contact for eye care and contact lens services.
- Provide expert contact lens fitting and aftercare services while delivering high-standard clinical care.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider store team to offer excellent customer service.
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive, friendly practice environment that balances clinical focus with work-life balance.
What we're looking for
- Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC) and a commitment to maintaining this.
- Confidence and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team of over 20 optical professionals.
