We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill one of the newest Practice Manager jobs Newport Pagnell has to offer, working full time hours - 39 hours per week on a permanent basis with an annual salary up to £36,000 per year. This position places you at the heart of the practice, leading a team of clinicians, retail staff, and apprentices to deliver exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping the shopfloor running smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Acting as a role model to create a warm, friendly atmosphere and an outstanding environment for customers and the team
- Supporting the development of the team and working collaboratively across both optics and audiology customer journeys
What we're looking for
- A BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
- An excellent understanding of both optics and audiology customer journeys
- Excellent listening, communication, and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for providing top-notch customer service
