What you'll be doing
As a Dispensing Optician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers on the shop floor, ensuring they receive an exceptional patient experience from consultation to collection.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Liaise with optometrists to ensure consistent quality handovers for dispensed customers
- Manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem-solving, with a customer-focused approach
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through effective professional sales techniques
What we're looking for
- Must be a qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician
- Must have previous experience working in an optical practice
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to build rapport with the team
