What you'll be doing
- Deliver high standards of customer care on the shop floor and help build on an ever-growing, loyal customer base
- Liaise with optometrists to ensure each customer receives a consistent quality handover
- Manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem-solving, in a customer-focused, can-do manner
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets using effective professional techniques
- Build on your management responsibilities, with opportunities for leadership development and future career progression
