What you'll be doing
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times
- Liaise with optometrists to ensure each customer receives a consistent quality handover
- Manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem solving, with a can-do approach
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets using effective professional sales techniques
What we're looking for
- Qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician
- Previous experience working in an optician
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer care and building rapport with the team
- Hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in driving the practice forward
