What you'll be doing
- Providing expert advice on frames, lenses and prescription options tailored to individual customer needs
- Guiding patients smoothly through both the optics and audiology customer journeys
- Delivering top-notch customer service with a friendly, passionate and approachable attitude
- Working collaboratively with optometrists, retail staff and other practice colleagues
- Utilizing the latest clinical technology and equipment to ensure accurate dispensing
What we're looking for
- A BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
- Excellent listening and communication skills

Salary and benefits
- Salary of up to £37,500 per annum (experience depending)
