What you'll be doing
- Overseeing and managing the entire practice operation, including clinic management and the shop floor process
- Managing and supporting your team of optometrists and optical assistants
- Reviewing sales forecasting, department targets, and compliance processes
- Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent patient service
- Working in close partnership with an optometrist and coaching team members to help them develop
- Managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC
- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment
- Confident coaching abilities with a drive to meet department targets
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
