We are looking for a full-time Practice Manager jobs in Liverpool opening, offering 45 hours per week from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00 with a competitive salary and strong benefits package. This hands-on leadership role is based in a busy practice within the region of Merseyside, giving you the chance to run a high-volume department and support patient care every day.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing and managing the entire daily operation of the optical department
- Managing and coaching a team of optometrists and optical assistants to deliver high-quality patient care
- Handling clinic management, shop floor processes, and compliance procedures
- Reviewing sales forecasting and driving the department to meet its targets
- Dealing with customer queries and ensuring the practice is fully equipped for patient needs
What we're looking for
- A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC
- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD
- Proven leadership skills gained in a fast-paced optics environment
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence in coaching others and driving team performance
