• Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Registered performer with your NHS area team or health board.
• Hold or be willing to obtain MECs or WECs accreditation within 12 months (fully funded and supported).
• On track to meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD) statutory points requirements.
• Demonstrate the skills and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
