We are recruiting a Practice Manager jobs Northcote Road (Battersea) seeker for a full-time position working 40 hours per week across 5 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm). This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a thriving practice on Northcote Road, inspiring the team and delivering truly exceptional client care.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
- Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace

- Experience in optical retail management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- FBDO qualification (highly desirable)
