What you'll be doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team
- Coaching team members to achieve their full potential
- Delivering exceptional client experiences every single day, with 45-minute eye examinations and personalised eyewear consultations
- Driving sales performance while maintaining outstanding clinical service
- Using management information and KPIs to improve performance
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the practice, including hearing care, hearing health checks, tinnitus assessments, and ear wax removal services
- Embedding company standards and implementing positive change where needed
- Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
