We are recruiting for permanent full-time jobs in Eltham, offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum for a dedicated Practice Manager to lead a thriving optical practice in SE9 5DA. This position is 5 days / 40 hours per week, working Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm.
What you'll be doing
As the driving force behind the practice, you will lead the team, shape performance, and ensure every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
- Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace
