We are currently recruiting an Optometrist for a friendly independent practice offering full time or part time hours with no weekend work – 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri), paying a salary of £60,000 to £65,000. This position is ideal for professionals seeking Optometrist jobs in Narberth within a community-focused environment based in West Wales, with the potential to work across branches in Narberth and Cardigan if preferred.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct thorough eye examinations using the latest diagnostic equipment, including OCT and digital retinal imaging
- Provide clear, honest advice on eye health and eyewear solutions during unrushed, patient-focused consultations
- Build lasting relationships with patients in a relaxed, non-pressured environment
- Work closely with a supportive team of FBDO Qualified Dispensing Opticians, Optical Assistants, and practice managers

- GOC-registered Optometrist (newly qualified or experienced welcome)
