We are recruiting an Optometrist for a full-time position in Lampeter at an established independent practice that has served the local community with exceptional eye care since 1949. What you'll be doing
- Delivering outstanding patient care with a commitment to excellence and generous testing times
- Spending the time needed to understand patients' visual needs and providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service
- Driving the service offering forward by helping to improve and innovate
- Educating the local community about the benefits of eye care and acting as an ambassador for the profession
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Optometrist with a commitment to excellence
- Empathy and strong communication skills to connect with patients
- A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction
- A desire to learn, grow, and pursue advanced qualifications within a collaborative team of around 20 professionals across three practices
