We are recruiting a qualified part-time or full-time professional for this Optometrist job in Headington, offering a salary of up to £65,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours) alongside a supportive and collaborative independent practice environment.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver comprehensive 45-minute eye examinations, allowing you time to understand client needs and lifestyles
- Recommend optical solutions that best fit each client's lifestyle using the latest diagnostic equipment, contact lenses, spectacle lenses, and frames
- Work across two practice locations following a rotating fortnightly schedule (Week 1: Wednesday to Friday at Wallingford, Saturday at Headington; Week 2: Monday at Headington, Saturday at Wallingford)
- Support, mentor, and guide newly qualified team members within a friendly, dynamic team
What we're looking for
- GOC registration as a qualified and experienced Optometrist
- Passion for delivering exceptional clinical care in line with General Optical Council and College of Optometry guidelines
