We are looking for a customer-focused team member to take on full or part-time Optical Assistant jobs in Lampeter, working within an independent community practice offering designer frames.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and helping patients find the perfect frames to suit their needs
- Spending quality time with patients to understand and solve their visual requirements
- Educating the local community on the benefits of independent eye care
- Working collaboratively with a friendly and supportive team of optical experts
- Managing day-to-day practice duties and helping drive the service offering forward
What we're looking for
- A passion for fashion, science, and daily customer interaction
- A friendly, informative, and empathetic communication style
- Dedication to putting patients first and providing a high standard of care
- Previous experience in optics is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Availability to work some Saturdays
