What you'll be doing
- Providing expert advice on frames, lens choices, and lifestyle needs to help patients find the right visual solutions
- Handling frame fittings, adjustments, and aftercare while managing complex prescriptions with wider team support
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, maintaining displays, and supporting equipment upkeep
- Building trust with patients and acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact for colleagues and visitors alike
