What you'll be doing
- Delivering personalised, patient-first eyecare by offering expert advice and guiding patients through frame and lens choices
- Using your product knowledge to recommend the best options for each individual's visual and lifestyle needs
- Taking accurate measurements, ensuring high-quality fittings, and managing prescriptions or adjustments with confidence
- Supporting patients with queries, helping resolve dispensing-related issues, and contributing to the smooth upkeep of the practice
What we're looking for
- Experience as a qualified Optical Assistant
- Someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and working in a close-knit team
- Warmth, care, and expertise in every patient interaction
