You will be responsible for balancing the clinical and commercial aspects of the role, working collaboratively with Practice Managers and teams to drive growth.

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, with 30-40 minute testing times allowing for thorough patient care.
Provide primary optical care with a strong emphasis on patient well-being.
Collaborate with practice teams to enhance existing success and build upon it.
Manage both clinical duties and commercial responsibilities effectively.
