This is a full-time Optical Assistant position based in Poole, offering a competitive salary of £25,500 to £27,000 alongside no Sunday or bank holiday working within a patient-focused independent practice.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering outstanding patient care across three consulting rooms, as well as specialist Vision Therapy and Dry Eye treatment clinics
- Offering honest, expert advice on frames and lenses while ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to maintain a welcoming, people-first atmosphere
- Managing frame styling, dispensing, and general support duties across locations in Poole and Bournemouth
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in optics, with a specific background in dispensing
- Someone who takes pride in helping people and brings personality and enthusiasm to the team
