We are looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician for full-time – 40 hours per week in Windsor, offering a salary of £30,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience. This permanent position within an independent practice gives you the chance to work with luxury eyewear and advanced diagnostic technology without sales targets.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering comprehensive personalised eye care and exceptional customer service
- Dispensing luxury eyewear and providing bespoke frame styling, with average dispensing values over £1,500
- Utilising advanced diagnostic and dispensing technology, including a Nikon dispensing system, Spectralis 4D, and Optos
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive team without the pressure of quick turnarounds or sales targets
- Contributing to a luxury, patient-focused environment that pairs clinical excellence with world-class service
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician
- At least a few years of dispensing experience within a luxury environment
- Genuine interest and solid experience in high-end eyewear and bespoke frame styling
- Confident, professional, and highly organised approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
