- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Leading by example, motivating and developing the team to reach their potential.
- Helping the practice grow by building strong patient relationships and meeting key targets.
What we're looking for
- GOC-registered Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Dispenser.
- A passion for customer care and a warm, professional manner.
- Strong communication skills that are clear, approachable, and jargon-free.
- The confidence to build rapport quickly with patients and your team.
- Sales experience and a natural ability to inspire loyalty.
- Leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to different working patterns and provide cover to other practices when needed.
- A well-presented, professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
